Glenda M. Hart attended the University of Alberta where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1988. Always loving to travel and explore the world, Glenda began her legal studies at the University of Wales (Cardiff) and obtained her Bachelor of Law Degree with Honours in 1993. She worked at the Welsh law firm of Morgan Bruce for six months before returning to Canada in 1994. She completed her articles and was admitted to the Alberta Bar October 20, 1995.
Glenda opened HART LAW OFFICE in Beaumont in April, 2006. She continues to run her practice as a general law practice. Her main areas are: real estate, family law, wills and estates, corporate, foreclosure, and personal injury litigation.
In the area of family law, the goal of Glenda’s practice is to help her clients through a transitional time by providing them with well-thought out and informed options and approaches to resolution. Glenda has mediated resolution to many cases and worked closely with many high conflict cases and continually focuses on working towards a resolution that is best for the entire family. Glenda recognizes the importance of helping parents to separate well, for the sake of the children and the entire family. Glenda recognizes that divorce and separation are extremely sensitive and she ensures each client receives clear and concise information and interpretation of the law and works with each client to help them achieve results. While Glenda’s focus is on a collaborative approach to resolution, she has, nonetheless, appeared in court at various levels on family matters numerous times.
In Glenda’s other areas of practice, the focus is always on providing attention to detail and accomplishing the task at hand by working closely with the client to achieve the client’s goals.
Glenda has spent nearly 20 years practicing various areas of law. While Glenda’s focus is on a collaborative approach, she has, nonetheless, appeared in court on family matters on numerous occasions.
Glenda has been involved with her community and given much of her time to various organizations. She sat as a Director for close to 7 years with Beaumont Aging in Place Society and was a member of the Executive for several years with Beaumont Soccer. Currently, she gives freely of her time to Beaumont Society School of Dance and assists them with all legal aspects of their Society.
